Corneila And Phantomman

I FAIL AT WHEELCHAIRS AND MAKING THEM MATCH WITH THE BACKGROUND. corneila and phantomman are a pair(no not dating DX, corneila is 9). but different from most of my refs, this will point out some things in the bio except for phantomman, his story is in the making-

Personality- Cornelia is..a odd case. She almost never talks and when she does she sometimes speaks in German. Cornelia is mysterious and quiet. She can never guess what's she's thinking or what's she's feeling..only phantomman knows
Appearance(pictures allowed)- long orange like hair with the tips having dry blood on them, black formal dress with a purple bow on it light blue headband with bows on the side, black gloves to cover the melting skin on her arms, black knee high socks with purple bows on them, black mary jane flats has metal brass bracelets on her ankles and is always in her wheelchair, on the handle of her wheelchair is a pink bow that she got from her mother's hair
secrets- her backstory, she doesn't tell anyone
weaknesses- her legs are extremely weak, it takes time for the bracelets around her ankles to actually help her run and defend herself. Without phantomman she's defenseless.
fears- dying, going back to the hospital, losing phantomman

What was your inspiration for this character?- a saw the video for Wide Awake by Katy Perry and when I saw her in the wheelchair I thought ''holy shit what about a character in a wheelchair?''
how long did it take to make them?- like 2 weeks. It was very hard to think of her design and think of something to explain why she's in a wheelchair 
Any relationships with canon charries?- she hates the proxies and slender, she just despises them.
any pets?-... she had a puppy named luck but he died when she was 5 when he was ran over. But she has a new dog named lucky, named after luck
Backstory- Cornelia's mother was obsessed with the dark arts. One day when she with to find her mother she lying on the kitchen floor, a knife stuck in her head and obviously committed suicide. Cornelia was never alright after that, she never talked to anyone except her 'imaginary' friend phantomman. When her father came to pick her up from school she stood in the street, she stood there for a minute until she laid at the streets. Her father tried to pick her up but it was too late, a car didn't see her and ran over her legs, breaking them. Her father took her to the hospital and she got the bracelets on her leg to help her walk. It didn't work at all and she was kept in the hospital. her father made sure she was treated well by the other nurses. one day one of the nurses spilled an acid on her arms, melting away the skin. cornelia snapped on the nurse and started saying something in german..backwards. Her father kept asking her why she tried to commit suicide but she kept saying ''see no evil''. One day, her father walked in her room and saw that the window was broken. He looked down the window and saw that one of the nurses through themselves from the window. Cornelia turn to her father and smiled, '' phantomman wanted to play..'' she said. It gotten worst and there was more suicides from the nurses. Soon when her father walked in her room, it was pitch black and she was sitting in the middle of the room. A large shadow behind her, she kept mumbling something over and over in german until she said '' I want to play..''. No one knows what happen in the hospital, but it was a mass suicide. Bodies all around the hospital and the only one made it out was her father. her father explained that he only remembered corneila being pushed forward towards him and told him ''thank you..'' before he blacked out. though witnesses say they saw him being carried out by..nothing. the last person only one alive was Cornelia, in her wheelchair..and something pushing her out the hospital.
